The 2011 Annual Meeting of Honglin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was held at the Huairou plant on January 4-6, 2011. Staff of the Sales Department met to learn from the past and look to the future. Managers of the Sales Department introduced company business/financial policies, and conducted product training seminars on major products. Mr. He and Dr. Huang presented the final summary and outlook.

After the first day’s meeting, participants enjoyed a thoughtfully arranged tea party, dinner party, and song rehearsal especially prepared for the annual meeting. Team building activities were held on the afternoon of January 5th near Hongluo Lake. These were designed to inspire staff spirit and increased team cohesion, mutual understanding and trust. On the evening of January 5, all the staff gathered together to hold the Spring Festival Party. Beautiful dances, humorous short sketches and brilliant song performances pushed the party to one climax after another. A company-sponsored “lucky draw” was done during the dinner party. Laughter lingered in everyone’s ears and heart continuously.
